Return Conditions

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate the return process under the following conditions:

  2. Eligible Products for Return: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Used, damaged, or worn products are not eligible for return.

Refund Conditions

  1. Refund Process: After the returned product arrives and passes quality control, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Transaction fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases of incorrect or damaged product delivery, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made rugs, personalized designs, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If you notice damage or defects during delivery, please refuse the product upon receipt and request a return.
