Return Conditions

- Eligible Products for Return: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Used, damaged, or worn products are not eligible for return.

Refund Conditions
- Refund Process: After the returned product arrives and passes quality control, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Transaction fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases of incorrect or damaged product delivery, shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exceptions
- Custom-made rugs, personalized designs, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If you notice damage or defects during delivery, please refuse the product upon receipt and request a return.
